Rainbows
4 -7 Years
Rainbows is all about developing self-confidence, building friendships, learning new things and having fun. Girls get their hands dirty, do arts and crafts, try different sports, & play games with friends.
Brownies
7-10 Years
Brownies plan their own adventures and learn new skills with their friends. They play games, go on outings, enjoy pack holidays, support their community and explore the world around them.
Guides
10-14 Years
Guides challenge themselves to be their best. They can try a range of outdoor activities, learn about the world around them and have international adventures. Guides make friendships that last a lifetime!
Rangers
14-18 Years
Rangers can travel the world, develop leadership skills & boost their CV’s. Rangers meet regularly, do fun activities & get recognised for their achievements with badges & awards.
Young Leaders
14-18 Years
The Young Leader qualification (YLQ) is designed to help you take an active, positive part in running a Rainbow, Brownie or Guide unit. It is open to anyone in guiding aged 14 to 18.
Inspire
18-30 Years
Inspire is our fun & flexiable community for women aged 18 to 30. Be part of our community of young women having adventures, gaining skills and making memories to last a lifetime.
Adult Volunteers
18+ Years
Find your place in our team of inspirational women, sharing their skills & passions with local girls. All while benefiting from the adventure and opportunities guiding has to offer.
Trefoil Guild
18+ Years
In Trefoil Guild, members make new friends, travel, explore, serve their communities and help Guiding thrive across the UK. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded people to share your next adventure.

Pom Pom Tastic Guiding Sheep Attend Local Barrow Event
Girlguiding Cumbria South joined with other community groups across South Cumbria to create pom-pom-tastic model sheep for art project ‘What the Flock’ The sheep were created with pom-poms made by young members and Adult Volunteers.
Brownies, Rainbows & Guides Support Fundraising Efforts for Ukraine.
Alicia and Helena, Brownies and their 11-Year-old cousin Nina, a Guide have spearheaded a fundraising effort for Ukrainians. They gave local talks and a cake sale followed.
