Going away with Guiding is an amazing experience and we have some great places to stay. Below is a list of approved venues that our members have used. If need advice on using accomodation not listed below please contact your commissioner or the outdoor team when when you start to plan your event.

The below lists a mix of indoor and camp venues some of which also offer outdoor activities.

Park House in Hawkshead

Owned by Hawskhead Guides & Scouts a residential house in the centre of popular Hawkshead. Find more info on their website – www.parkhousehawkshead.co.uk

Rydal Hall Youth Centre

Located in Rydal there is a separate youth centre within the hall grounds. Search for the Youth Centre on their main website – www.rydalhall.org

Great Tower

Kepplewray

Kepplewray is a residential activity centre in Broughton in Furness. Both indoor and outdoor accomodation is available. Find out more on their website here: www.kepplewray.org.uk
